Checks are also accepted however only the annual payment plan is available
with check payment.

You have the choice to pay semi-annually or annually. Your account will be
automatically renewed and your credit card will be charged based on the
payment option you choose during the order process.

Yes, the minimum term you can sign up for is six months.

Yes, we can register your domain name with a .com, .net or .org extension
for the low price of $19.95/year. Search

- I already have a domain name. Do I need to register a new domain name?
No, if you already have a domain name, you can transfer that domain name to
ez123hosting for free.

- I do not have a domain name yet? Do I register my new domain
name or sign up for hosting first?
- The choice is really up to you we will bill you appropriately in
all cases. If you supply us with your domain name and we note it is
already registered to you; we'll let you know how to transfer it. If
your domain name is included with your hosting package you will not
have your credit card billed for the domain name registration.

- Also if you sign up for hosting without providing us a domain name
because we don't have one yet. We'll contact you to either register
one for you or get the details from you directly.

- How quickly will my account be set up after I sign up?
With our automated activation system, your account set up begins immediately after
your order form is submitted. You will be able to start uploading your site
within 24 hrs even before any domain name transfers are complete.

- What if I order a new web hosting account, but I don't hear from you.
What should I do?
If you do not receive a confirmation email from us within 30 minutes of signing up,
please email us at sales@ez123hosting.com.
If possible, please include your confirmation number, domain name and
contact information in your email.

Yes we are a full service web presence provider. We can design anything from
a web site through to a complete web application.

- Do you place banner advertisements on my website?
No, we do not place any forced advertisements on your website.

- Is my Macintosh computer compatible with your Windows hosting plan?
Our Windows web servers use standard FTP (file transfer protocol).
Therefore, you can build your site on any Macintosh or PC and use FTP to
upload your website files to the live web server. Alternatively, we also
support publishing your website using FrontPage.

- Do you offer a control panel?
Yes, we provide all our customers with a free web-based control panel, which
allows easy management of their web hosting account.

- How does ez123hosting handle system backups?
We create daily tape backups of our system with full backups weekly for
disaster recovery purposes. We recycle the tapes and store them offsite with
a monthly tape rotation.

- Can you recover my website data from your system backups?
No. The purpose of our system backups is for disaster recovery. By backing
up our server configurations we are able to roll back quickly in the event
of a disaster. Maintaining the most up-to-date backup copies of website
files, scripts and associated files in a medium outside of the live web
server is the sole responsibility of the site owner.

ez123hosting prohibits sites engaged in illegal activities, Internet abuse,

- What is your scripting usage policy?
ez123hosting reserves the right to remove any executable file(s) or scripts,
which we deem are harming the server environment and/or affecting other
customers' website performance. ez123hosting is not liable for any system faults
or unintentional deletes of CGI files due to mishaps, system failure or acts
of God. Maintaining backup copies of website files, scripts, and associated

- Does ez123hosting offer dedicated hosting?
No, ez123hosting does not offer dedicated hosting ABOUT US. Please email our sales
department to discuss your specialized needs, so that we can refer you
to an appropriate dedicated hosting company.

- How much disk space is included with my ez123hosting account? Is
that enough?
The basic package we offer allows 15 MB while the enterprise allows 200 MB. The average web page is about 50 kilobytes (including images), so
200 MB is equivalent to over 4,000 web pages.

- How many email addresses do I get with my account?
The basic package we offer provides 1 email address while the enterprise
allows 50. You can set them up as any
combination of email addresses, forwarding accounts, auto-responders or
aliases.

- Do log files and email count toward my disk space allotment?
No, your log files and email messages do not count toward your total disk
space.

- Do you support FrontPage? Does it cost extra?
Yes, we support FrontPage 2002 extensions. FrontPage 2002 is backward
compatible with older FrontPage versions. There is no cost for this

Yes, you can password protect any or all of your directories. You can also grant access to those protected directories
