- Is there a toll free number for technical assistance?
- Yes, we offer technical support at 877-782-6255 or 807-344-6889 as
well as via our technical
support desk.
- Can I use C or a C compiler?
- Of course you can write programs in C or C++. To use these
programs you have to upload the compiled programs (you cannot compile them on
our server since you do not have any shell access). The
created files must end with .cgi extension.
- In which languages can you provide technical support?
- We currently only provide technical support in English. Therefore
all communication must take place in English language. Thank you for
your understanding.
- Are you able to provide the names of any website that are currently using your web hosting service?

- Can we password protect pages?

- ez123hosting provides a shopping cart and
complete e-commerce ABOUT US.
- Can I host all my domain names with your nameservers and on
your hosting service?
- Of course we would be happy to provide you with all your hosting
and even web design
needs.
- Can you host websites which have non-English characters, such as
Japanese or Arabic!
- Yes, of course this is possible. We have customers who are using their domestic languages
on their website. As long as you're viewers have the necessary fonts installed
on their browsers and operating systems support viewing other languages,
there will not be any problems.
- Do you offer Telnet access?
- We have dropped this feature after catching a few clients (or hackers using our clients'
accounts) trying to hack our servers and our clients' servers using
telnet, this is the only way to assure full protection for
all accounts.
- Do you support Java Servlets or JSP?
- Unfortunately we do NOT support Java Servlets or JSP pages at this
time. However, running Java applets as well as Java
Script with your website is not a problem and fully
supported.
