- How do I access my web mail?
- Simply enter www.yourdomain.com:8000 into any internet browser
program and you should get the screen shot below. In the event the
view is different or an error appears this may be because you are
connecting to the internet through a proxy server who's port 8000 is
blocked.

How do I login to my web mail?
- Your login username and password are provided in your account
setup email. If you have forgotten your username or password follow this
link for help.

- Is the space for the email mailboxes and mail storage included
in web space or does the web space only refer to files for website
pages?
- Space for emails is limited to 15MB in total and 10MB in your
Inbox. Space you use for your
emails does not count against your available web space.
- Do you provide email forwarding and auto responders?
- With all our hosting packages we provide email forwards, POP3
mailboxes and auto responders.
Will I be able to setup email forwardingfrom my email accounts?
Definitely! Open your web based email at www.yourdomain.net:8000
and simply click on the NT Mail button to take you to the administration
section. Then click on the account button and then click on the Forward
tab and enter the address your wish to forward you mail to and finish by
clicking Update. Also check the "retain copy of received mail"
option if you would like to do so.
- I regularly send file attachments with my
email messages. What is the maximum file attachment size allowed?

We allow a maximum file attachment size of 5
MB's. This size limit includes the
encoding necessary for an attached file to be converted to text
when sent and converted back to it's original format when the
message is received. Therefore, the maximum file size can vary
depending on the type of file being sent.
- I've forgotten one of my email address
passwords. Now what?

New passwords can be assigned or password reminders send to user@yourdomain.com
email addresses via the link.
- What is my mailbox quota?

Your mailbox disk quota is 15 MB in total and your inbox
disk quota is 10MB specifically. This
means that you can store up to 15 MB of email messages and file
attachments in your mailbox.
